Acting as a point of contact B3tween the bank and stakeholders/ investment community
Manage strategic investor relation plans pertaining to evolving company issues
Develop, coordinate, and participates in presentations to investor relations client base; brokers, shareholders, research analysts and investment groups
Strategically source and maintain relationship with research analysts and brokers
Manage the development and distribution of external communication materials to investors
Work with the Company Secretary to develop and execute common and all-encompassing investor relation strategy
Work with Financial control, Brand & Marketing Communication
s and Legal in the preparation, review and distribution of corporate press releases and any related filings
Research and provide appropriate written updates for internal reporting
Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor
